Detecto's baby scales allow you to weigh the smallest of patients with accuracy and dependability. This scale has a lock-down weighing tray that can be removed for easy cleaning between weighings. The tray has an integral measuring tape for height measurements. The lock-in weight feature compensates for typical newborn movement, allowing you to get an accurate reading regardless of patient movement. The zero key allows you to remove the added weight of any blankets or padding you add to the scale for patient comfort. Step-by-step instructions are included right on the scale's keypad. The RS232 port can be connected to a printer or computer for recordkeeping. This model can switch between imperial and metric weighing units. The scale can be powered by either 6 C batteries (not included) or an AC adapter (included).
