Detecto's baby scales allow you to weigh the smallest of patients with accuracy and dependability. The heavy-duty solid, steel scale base provides patient assurance while weighing. This pediatric scale uses a polystyrene tray that cradles the baby securely and is easy to clean between weighings. Pushbutton tare allows you to remove the weight of any added blankets or bedding. A built-in measuring tape allows you to measure the baby during weighing. The easy-to-read LCD positioned above the weighing platform makes it simple to get the patient's results regardless of their movement. Automatic weight hold feature also locks in the result so you don't have to worry about keeping the baby still. The RS232 port allows you to send data to a printer or computer for recordkeeping. The scale is powered by either 6 AA batteries or an AC adapter (both not included).
