The Accu-Weigh CW(N) series is designed to combine three scale features in one while also including an air dashpot. The CW(N) offers general weighing, portion control and batching. It is fast and easy to use, providing customers with accurate portions and maintaining profits. The rotating chart allows users to select portion weight and provides three different, color coded, tolerance guide zones. The CW(N) is then capable of weighing commodities within zones of , ¼ or ½ ounce; all at any given weight and without reading graduations. A graduated segment of CW(N) rotating dial chart enables the individual weighing of various ingredient for recipe formulation. It is also used for “on the plate” portion control, specifically carving uniform portions of deli meats and cheeses.
