The BIOS model microscope by Velab is perfect for biological applications. The binocular head is 45° inclined, and 360° rotatable. It has a quadruple revolving nosepiece with 360° full rotation. The achromatic objectives are 4X, 10X, 40X, 100X oil immersion with non-skid color ring for easy identification. It uses a Abbe A.N. 1.25 condenser and iris diaphragm with holder filter. Non-skid coaxial coarse and calibrated fine focus with tension adjustment allow you to fine-tune the view of your sample. The stand is stationary with a robust and reinforced body. The double layer mechanical stage measures 110 x 126 mm, with coaxial course, X-Y movement range, and vernier. The microscope is powered by 120 V-50/60 Hz adapter and includes 3-AA rechargeable batteries.
