Detecto's Bariatric Scales are designed for obese and unsteady patients. The low-profile platform with skid-proof mat and convenient handrail add to patient assurance and safety while weighing. These scales feature a lightweight design and hard rubber wheels, allowing it to be tilted back and transported easily. A high contrast LCD makes weighing results easy to read. The indicator can also calculate BMI upon input of the patient's height. It is EMR/EHR ready through the scale's RS232 port. The scale is powered by either 6 AA batteries (not included) or an AC Adapter (included).
