Description
The Highland® portable precision balance is packed with practical features for many industrial applications. Highland’s innovative design elevates it to a level of durability and functionality previously seen only in more expensive balances. Its internal ShockProtect® feature helps prevent damage from overloads. The patented HandiCal® offers quick calibration without external weights, while the rechargeable battery means easy portability. A built-in security slot for a Kensington-type lock and cable deters theft. RS-232 and USB interfaces facilitate speedy communication with computers and printers for data recording or process control. A removable draft shield and a weigh-below hook for density and specific gravity measurements are standard on the balance.
