The SM(N) series is a NSF certified mechanical portion control scale. The scale is constructed of rugged, durable stainless steel with a removable snap-on stainless steel platform. With an equipped Air Dashpot, it acts as an air damper to help the scale become somewhat shock and vibration resistant. The fine point indicator helps to give the most accurate results with the easy to read 8", 30 degree tilted dial.
